A burlesque performance with no words, but plenty of sounds and music…
On a Brittany beach, two worlds collide: a couple of Parisians looking to escape the relentless pace of life in the city, and five fishermen who take a dim view of tourists. The couple snap photos and settle a few scores (things are not going too well). The fishermen carry on with their seed spitting contest. But they can’t help watching each other out of the corner of their eyes, gradually progressing from jealousy and mockery to an entirely unexpected form of symbiosis.
This show marks a new milestone in the exploration of the boundless possibilities of clowning which has driven the company since its inception.
