Latitudes croisées is a gestural performance based on characters created by Elias Canetti in his book Le témoin auriculaire.

Latitudes croisées is a show comprised of a series of portraits of strange individuals: a cry-baby, a wily crone, a naughty spirit, a defective, a pyromaniac, a gloomster, a white-obsessive, a disaffected wanderer… An audacious project born of the creative complicity which has grown between three companies over the years, all products of the Étienne Decroux institute. Elias Canetti’s work provided the perfect pretext to create an absurd universe where individuals with bizarre habits cross paths and are forced to come to terms with their fellow weirdos.
