Dance and movement are the narrators of this tale of travel and travellers, time and timing.

And suddenly! Key under the doormat… Aller-retour simple is a point of departure… with no farewells! Five unusual characters, touching caricatures, take the spectator into the topic of travel in all its forms, both physical and spiritual.

Aller-retour simple is a moving story of a traveller. She who leaves takes with her a past that is downright burdensome. He who sets out for an unattainable future because tomorrow is always a little further on. She who is lost in a present that flitters away until she forgets it. He who marks each step in an attempt to  measure his own time, beyond all measure. And he who, as an eternal illegal resident, must first of all find his own space in the world.

In this action theatre, dance and facial expressions demonstrate that at a period when the end of the world is just two hours away, the journey loses none of its attraction and the mystery endures. The precision of the situation, the sense of derision, poetry and dream lend the show an image of authenticity and generosity.
