Vamos Theatre is the United Kingdom’s first full mask theatre company, staging wordless theatre performances up and down the country since 2006. Over the years, the company has performed in countless schools and retirement homes, working with teachers, actors, carers, social workers, hearing-impaired audiences, business leaders and more. Their masked characters have proved to be a big hit at festivals and other celebrations.

Vamos Theatre has developed a national network of over 100 venues that expands with each new production, including leading contemporary arts venues and festivals. As resident theatre company at the Worcester Arts Workshop, Vamos Theatre is proud to be a member of Worcestershire Arts Partnership. At the heart of the company’s ethos is the belief that the wordless skills of their pioneering full mask theatre can encourage empathy and understanding in all of us, regardless of who we are.
