"Bruce Ellinson is an actor, performer, singer, director, choreographer, comedian, mime and presenter… He started his career as a mime and voiceover artist on American television, before switching to stage musicals. In 1981 he moved to Paris to study at Marcel Marceau’s mime school. In 1986 he co-founded Théâtre de la Mandragore with Michel Carcan. He has also continued to do voiceover work for various advertising campaigns and children’s television programmes, all while finding time to front the rock band PPZ30.
Michel Carcan is a Belgian actor, mime, director and author.
He honed his skills as an actor and mime artist in Belgium, going on to perform in France, Italy, Czechoslovakia, Russia, Lithuania, etc.
In 1986 he met Bruce Ellison and founded Théâtre de la Mandragore, serving as the company’s director.
Together they created the mime drama L'Etrange Mister Knight, a piece which they toured all over the world for the next five years.
This success inspired him to embark on a new creative project with partner Othmane Moumen. Together they founded Zinneke Kabuki and created Doffice, a show which uses movement to explore the different forms and codes of play.
Carcan is also an established author, as well as a cinema and television actor."
