This new passion also revealed his comic talent; as he approached thirty he embarked upon clowning studies at Carampa (Madrid), FLIC (Turin) and Lido (Toulouse), with many periods in residence along the way. His fine appreciation of everyday gaffes makes him a natural clown, and he won a number of awards for his debut show Ironicamente Frizzo. After a decade touring the world with his solo street performances and theatrical pieces, he founded BettiCombo (2012) and began touring his show Al Cubo across France and worldwide.
Five years on, Fabrizio decided to create a new company based in France, in Toulouse, to be precise. As with BettiCombo, the artistic identity of this new outfit is based on a combination of clowning and object theatre.
