Théâtre de la mezzanine

A show that inhabits its own sensual, animalistic universe.

The curtain is raised to reveal an immense frame, illuminated by a succession of images. A toy box takes centre stage, inviting the actors and audience to embark upon a fantastical journey full of dreams and illusions, borne aloft by their sense of wonder, entranced by the unlikely situations, the innate comic power of the characters, the absurd neuroticism of the life of things.
Immersed in this sensual, animalistic universe, lulled by the enchanting music and soundscapes, the audience is transported to another place altogether. A total escape from reality.
