A remarkable "3D" experience which expertly blends circus arts, dance and theatre with new visual technologies and electronic music.

Night falls on what might be a bedroom, a cell, a courtyard, a garden… Emerging from the twilight as if caught in the act of dreaming, a curious character begins tentatively exploring the frontiers of his solitude. He stands on his hands, crawls around the walls, slides along the floor, defies the laws of gravity. All the while, the electronic soundscape “echoes” his moves and seems to knock him even further off balance.
Intérieur Nuit is a solo show incorporating elements of various disciplines: acrobatics, dance, theatre, digital technologies and electronic music. Created by a “distortionist” acrobat, this project explores the physical and imaginary limits of the human body. Within a cramped space (a box) the artist embarks upon a dizzying exploration of the body and its expressive potential. The scene is set indoors at night, a time for sweet dreams and wild fantasies. From this simple starting point, Jean-Baptiste André keeps the audience guessing throughout the performance, using video projectors to display alternative angles of his character and play with ideas of perception and perspective.
