Waiting for Godot provides the inspiration for this wordless performance, a story told through movement. Alone in the world, Didi and Gogo are two lonely companions condemned to wait, passing the time with absurd games and endless arguments. They carry, cajole, upend and trample over on another, defying verticality and subverting gravity in a space vast enough to engulf them and yet small enough to make any attempt at escape seem futile.
